Our Methodology
Working closely with you from the start 
We will invest time with you at the start of the assignment to really understand all aspects of the job and the organisation. We will capture the specification and agree the brief to be given to the candidates. Jointly we will plan activity and the timeline, taking into account any constraints and preferences that you may have.
Rigorous selection
From our active network aided by research we will identify potential candidates and start the selection process. Our qualification method is thorough - based on our unique industry insight and competency-based interviewing technique, always meeting face-to-face with candidates down-selected for shortlist. The shortlist is presented along with a comprehensive Selection Report and will make recommendations prior to your interview process.
Supporting interview and take on
If appropriate we can participate at your interview, deal with further candidate queries and take up references on your behalf.
Dialogue and reporting
We treat our assignments as projects and monitor progress to plan as a matter of course. We will be in dialogue and keep you updated with regular Situation Reports and our consultant dedicated to the task in hand will always be readily available to deal with any issues as they arise.
Performance review
The last stage, Performance Review, lets you asses the value we bring and discuss openly any comments, vital in an enduring relationship. We take your satisfaction very seriously and will act quickly in continually improving our service.
