Mathew is a veteran at SJB with twelve years under his belt and is our Managing Director. He has held a number of roles including Client Partner, Enterprise Delivery Team management and hands-on Executive Search. Mathew has in-depth experience of SJB’s full portfolio of services including multi-year managed service programmes through to talent mapping assignments. He is a natural leader and trusted advisor to senior staff and the board, becoming a Partner in the firm in 2010. Since then Mathew has supported key clients and run SJB delivery teams in the UK and EMEA. Now that the firm is wholly owned by Manpower, Mathew as Managing Director ensures SJB is integrated within the Experis brand and works closely with his colleagues there and across Manpower in bringing SJB’s full capability to market.
Chief Commercial Officer
Tim brings over 20 years of Global Executive search experience to the SJB Group. His experience reaches across a broad and diverse range of industries and sectors but he is particularly focussed in the TMT, High Tech and Management Consulting space. Tim has led hundreds of complex searches, advised companies on their board composition, authored diversity strategies and talent retention approaches. As Chief Commercial Officer, his remit at SJB is to lead on our operational excellence and client delivery across the Business.
Keith has been with SJB as a Non-Executive Director since 2012 and is now our Non-Executive Chairman. Prior to joining SJB, Keith was Chief Executive Officer of Atos UK a post held since 2007 and over a long and distinguished career in the industry has held board-level positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, Easams and GEC. Keith brings a wealth of experience from a customer insight perspective that helps the SJB Senior Management team constantly challenge and evolve its business services for the benefit of our clients.
Nick is a veteran of The SJB Group of a decade’s service who joined early in the company’s evolution. Quickly becoming a very successful ERP and Applications sector specialist, he naturally progressed from resource consultant through the ranks to become Client Director of SJB’s longest standing accounts. Over the years Nick has mentored and coached newcomers both in the delivery function and client management and has been instrumental in development of the company’s collateral and go-to-market strategy – both aspects benefiting from his natural flair for business and very creative style.
Jemma has a thorough grounding in professional Managed Services Sales and Executive Search with a career prior to SJB spanning major private and public sector clients. With such a strong blend of industry expertise and commercial acumen, Jemma has worked for SJB in many key roles over the last ten years. In 2008 Jemma was instrumental in establishing the company’s flagship Critical Hire Outsource (CHO) account and has since returned to it as Programme Director to successfully transform and extend the scope. As well as her management role Jemma is a thought leader on collaborative hybrid recruitment models and SJB’s expert on Talent Management solutions encompassing internal promotion, multi-sourcing and diversity.
With a background in IT recruitment Leah started as a consultant with SJB and soon found her forte in the operational side of the rapidly growing business. Having transitioned from pure delivery to back office support, Leah has had major success and influence in building SJB’s operating model. Today Leah is responsible for operational governance, Finance and Admin, HR and compliance and runs a team of five support staff. Post SJB’s acquisition by Manpower Leah leads the operational efficiency programme and joins the Board as integration champion for other partner companies and future M&A programmes.
Director Business Development EMEA
Andrew's background is in Investment Banking and forged his career with HSBC. Moving into Executive Search a decade ago, Andrew has harnessed to great effect his knowledge of the financial services and IT sectors. Specialising in Sales roles for Global corporates, privately backed boutique players and new entrants, Andrew has been at SJB for eight years and now leads our New Business Development team. Alongside his management responsibility Andrew runs a personal portfolio of two Global ITO and BPO clients. Andrew’s strengths lie in intimate working with the client’s C-Suite in developing senior resourcing strategies to achieve their growth targets and breaking into new markets.
Client Partner and Diversity & Inclusion Lead
Joining SJB in 2016, Becky has 14 years’ experience across the industry. She has held a number of senior management roles, as part of leadership teams and contributing to companies' strategic direction, proposition development and growth. Becky has led high performing teams and been responsible for key client relationships across their resourcing priorities including Data Analytics, Cloud and Digital. Working with a number of top tier IT Services firms, she has success fully delivered business critical projects benefiting from her multi-level stakeholder relationship skills and trusted advisor status on strategic vision. Becky is Client Partner to one of our most strategic accounts, driving operational performance and business development within the business. In parallel with her business management Becky is our Diversity and Inclusion champion.
Delivery Operations Manager
Beginning her early recruitment career in Sales Support and Business Development roles, Anna joined The SJB Group in February 2010 as a Delivery Consultant. Cutting her teeth for executive search in the outsourcing and management consulting space, Anna became a valued member of the team, successfully delivering critical hire assignments in leadership positions for both sales and delivery across our extensive client base. With an eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills, Anna is now our Delivery Operations Manager, where she is responsible for leading and supporting the talented delivery function end to end, ensuring we continue to deliver quality to our clients at pace while continually improving our processes.
Prior to her career at SJB, Julienne worked for eight years in Executive and Interim Search both in-house and for tier one agencies. With a wealth of knowledge in the IT Services market across both public and private sector, Julienne has been a member of the SJB Leadership team for over six years. During her time at SJB Julienne has run our on-site Critical Hire Outsource delivery teams being responsible for senior stakeholder management whilst simultaneously ensuring a quality high touch service. As part of her management responsibility Julienne is instrumental in ensuring SJB’s market information services are current and accessible for our clients.
With an early career in the Sourcing Advisory industry, Oliver has been with the SJB Group for over 5 years. Utilising his first hand industry experience as ‘trusted advisor’ to his extensive network of FTSE ‘CxO’ level leaders, Oliver was a natural fit for SJB easily transitioning into Executive Search. He has worked across our Management Consulting, SI and Outsourcing clients for many years running our delivery teams and undertaking strategic hires personally for key clients. Oliver now runs the Management and Technology Consulting Search Practice supporting our key clients across Europe and North America, driving a variety of critical senior hire mandates whilst continually developing and growing the team’s capability.
Sandip has 16 years’ experience in Executive Search. He brings a decade’s expertise working exclusively within the financial services sector where he partnered with Investment Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Hedge Fund clients on their front office searches across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Prior to this Sandip worked with a variety of international corporations leading searches in strategy and corporate development. Sandip will leverage his previous experience within the growing technology sector at the SJB Group.
