An industry veteran with 18 years’ service, Nick joined SJB early in the company’s evolution and has developed his expertise alongside the ever-changing technology services market. Nick progressed organically over the years across a variety of roles and now presently leads The SJB Group as General Manager and Head of Business Operations. Networked internationally up to c-suite and across a variety of businesses from embryonic start-up to Global Blue Chip. Over the years Nick has recruited and mentored newcomers to SJB and has been instrumental in the development of the company’s collateral and go-to-market strategy, both aspects benefiting from his natural flair for business and creative style.

Julienne Dunne
Client Partner - Strategic Accounts
With a wealth of knowledge in the IT Services and Digital Technology markets across both public and private sector, Julienne is a longstanding member of the SJB Leadership team. During her 15 years with the business Julienne has run our on-site Critical Hire Outsource at our flagship client, being responsible for senior stakeholder management whilst simultaneously ensuring a quality high-touch service. Julienne is also currently responsible for SJB’s service provision into strategic new clients, operating as a trusted partner whilst collaborating with senior business leaders and HR to deliver our high-end executive talent and hiring solutions. Julienne is passionate about DE&I and works closely with our customers to bring innovative approaches to diversity within the senior levels of their organisations. Prior to her career at SJB, Julienne worked in Executive and Interim Search both in-house and for tier one agencies.

Sandip Sanyal
Client Partner
Sandip comes with over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search. He has led complex multi-hire programmes across the global technology landscape with specialisation in c-suite, leadership and special projects within PE/VC backed enterprise including pre and post-IPO. Previously, Sandip worked for a decade in the Financial Services sector where he partnered with Investment Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Hedge Fund and FinTech clients on their front office searches across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Prior to this Sandip worked with a variety of international corporations leading high profile searches in strategy and corporate development.

Anna Marshall
Client Partner - Strategic Accounts
A Technology Services SME, Anna joined The SJB Group in 2010 as a Delivery Consultant, initially filling critical hire assignments in leadership positions for both sales & delivery, before moving into a leadership role, directly managing SJB’s full delivery function. In 2019, Anna transitioned further into key client management and sits now as Client Partner for Strategic accounts, acting as the go-to for some of our most strategically important customers. Knowledgeable in the market, personable in her approach and a keen advocate for Diversity & Inclusion, Anna ensures we continually deliver quality to clients at pace, improve our processes and offerings, while supporting our clients’ wider business objectives.

Justin Laurie
Client Partner - Special Projects Lead
With 13 years’ experience across technology consulting and software solutions sales, Justin Laurie transitioned into executive search in 2014 when he joined the SJB Group. Justin’s real world industry experience enables him to engage in more meaningful and authentic discussions with both candidates and customers alike. Justin’s passion for executive search and considerable technology industry knowledge enables him to qualify and attract the best possible talent for clients in often the most niche of subject matter. He has executed searches resulting in successful senior and leadership appointments across sales, consulting and solution delivery disciplines within the UK’s most successful technology services business. Justin recently re-joined The SJB Group to deliver our special projects for key clients and expand our client base into high-growth, new and disruptive technology markets.

Calum Beevor
Client Partner
Calum has moved up the ranks quickly in his 5 years with the SJB Group. Starting with us as a Delivery Consultant, he hit the ground running managing critical search mandates across our key clients, primarily servicing System Integrators, Technology Consulting firms and Software Product businesses, ranging from SME, to Fortune 500. Through honing his search and delivery skills over the years, Calum is now a Client Partner, managing a blend of direct client relationships whilst delivering key search mandates across the wider business. A tenacious and dedicated problem solver, Calum brings a personal touch to client and candidate relationships at all levels, whether sourcing hard to find specialists, managing high volume projects or advising on market trends.

Jack Ronan

A trusted Client Partner with a specialisation across new and emerging technologies, Jack joined SJB in 2016 and prides himself on building long-term relationships based on mutual trust, market expertise and a strong work ethic. He takes the time to understand our customer’s business objectives and delivers a personal approach while maintaining the highest level of service. During his time with SJB, Jack has worked his way up through the organisation from delivering on key mandates across our client base to presently managing a number of strategic key clients while maintaining exceptional hand on delivery at the core. Jack has proven international exposure, leading complex projects across EMEA and the Americas. Prior to working in the Search Industry, Jack was a professional golfer and works hard to maintain a scratch handicap.
